OUR STORY
HOW IT ALL BEGAN

In 2014, the Banh Mi Factory was brought to life as a market stall at the Eagle Farm Markets.  We had a vision to bring the flavours of our favourite Vietnamese street foods to Brisbane.

Today we are still true to our market roots and have been a favourite food destination at the Carseldine Markets, in the north of Brisbane.  With the success of the market stall and a strong demand for the best and most satisfying Banh Mi led us to the opening of our very first store in Zillmere in 2019. This Vietnamese eatery will give us an opportunity to serve our traditional family recipes to the locals of North Brisbane and provide catering for meetings, functions and special events.
